Get in shape year round with the Club's state of the art fitness center.  Enjoy working out on your own, in a class with neighbors and friends, or with one of the Club's certified personal trainers. 

Enjoy comfort and convenience in our cardio weight studio while working out on one of our elliptical trainers, exercise bikes or treadmills. Strength training is easy on the wide variety of Paramount equipment and dumbbells.


Aerobics Studio

Our Aerobics studio is complete with cushioned wood flooring, 15 spin bikes, 4 Pilates machines, and a sound system for the wide range of group fitness classes offered.  See our current class descriptions below to see which class you would like to join!


Class Descriptions

Spin/Sculpt
Guaranteed to work you out!  Spin fast and sculpt your body with resistant tubes, weights, and medicine ball.

Spinning
Spin fast to slim fast! Whether you're an experienced rider or a beginner to the sport, this class is a great workout.  Begin the challenge today!

Yoga
Improve your flexibility, build strength and endurance.  Experience a full body and mind workout!  All levels are welcome to participate.

Mat Pilates
Starting with the basics and progressing to the more advanced.  Pilates will strengthen your core while promoting concentration, flexibility, and proper body alignment.

Body Sculpting
This class is designed to tone your body with weights, resistance bands and exercise balls.

Stability Ball
This class is designed to strengthen a person's core and total body conditioning using an exercise ball.
